Henderson Properties Adds To Association Management Business

September 29, 2009, Charlotte, NC – Henderson Properties, a full-service Charlotte real estate firm, has been contracted by two Charlotte-area communities to provide professional association management services.

Ashley Farms is a 237-home, single-family residence community on Margaret Wallace Road in Matthews, N.C. Henderson Properties is working with Ashley Farms to enforce the Homeowners Association's covenants and to collect unpaid assessments.

Herndon Heritage is a new community developed in Rock Hill, S.C. by Bill Hargrove and David Lee of Har-Lee Development. The 135-home, single-family residence community contracted with Henderson Properties to set up the initial Homeowners Association, including development of policies and procedures to operate the community association.
